SMS Service Terms

Sender ID Usage

When using our SMS services, you are responsible for the proper use of your Sender ID. Should we detect that a Sender ID is being used to send fraudulent messages or for any illegal activities:

The Sender ID will be immediately placed on hold pending investigation
If such activities continue or are confirmed after investigation, your account may be terminated permanently
No refunds will be issued for any payments made, regardless of remaining credits or subscription period

Prohibited SMS Content

Velstack strictly prohibits sending SMS messages that:

Contain misleading, deceptive, or false information
Promote illegal activities or violate any applicable laws
Harass, threaten, or intimidate recipients
Contain obscene or inappropriate content
Violate intellectual property rights of third parties

Violation of these terms will result in immediate suspension of service and may lead to account termination without refund.

Your Use of Our Site

Velstack is committed to providing a safe and positive experience to all users on our Site. To help us do that, we need you to follow a few basic rules when you’re here. When using our Site, you must comply with all applicable laws, including laws regarding the transmission of technical data.

User accounts, emails, and passwords are associated with one individual only and you agree that you will never allow access by another person or entity at any time. You must notify Velstack immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or of any other breach in security that you are aware of.

Providing false information such as email address and phone number during registration means no access to your account because you will need to authenticate Email and Phone Number before you can access your account. Your Velstack account will automatically be deleted if you fail to verify it after 48 hours of registration.

We may, in our sole discretion,

reject or remove anything you share,
restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to any or all of the Site
