Velstack grants you a limited, revocable, right to view the Site Content solely for your internal use of the Site. Additionally, certain Site Content may include, but is not limited to, icons, photographs, technology overviews, and implementation guides. These materials may be used under limited circumstances in strict accordance with our Copyright Use Policies and Guidelines, including our Web Use Guidelines.

User Accounts and Profiles

Funds Handling

You authorise and instruct Velstack to hold, receive, and disburse funds on your behalf when such funds from your card or Mobile transactions settle from the Card/Mobile Networks. By accepting this Agreement, you further authorise Velstack on how your card or Mobile transaction settlement funds should be disbursed as Payouts and the timing of such Payouts.

Chargebacks

A Chargeback usually happens when a customer files directly with or disputes through his or her credit or Mobile money issuer a payment on their bill. It may result in the reversal of a transaction. You may be assessed Chargebacks for
(i) customer disputes;
(ii) unauthorised or improperly authorised transactions;
(iii) transactions that do not comply with Card Network Rules or the terms of this Agreement or are allegedly unlawful or suspicious; or
(iv) any reversals for any reason by the Card Network, our processor, or the acquiring or issuing banks.
